The Victoria Capitals got a stellar effort from pitcher Max Joly, helping Victoria score a 6-2 win over the visiting Calgary Outlaws. The loss drops Calgary to 1-3.

The situation was dicey in the top of the fifth. But this was not Max Joly's first rodeo. With the bases loaded and Calgary trailing 4-0, Joly was able to pitch out of the jam when Jason Clarke struck out.
