Multi-HR Day for Sanchez as Crawfish Overpower Leprechauns, 13-4
The Victory Lakes Crawfish polished off the Royal Oak Leprechauns by the score of 13-4. The largest share of the credit belonged to left fielder Alex Sanchez. Sanchez was 4-5 with 2 home runs and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 5 for the Crawfish. Hyuk Yoon was the winner. He's now 5-2. The loser was 19-year old right-handed pitcher Fernando Abrego. The second-place Crawfish improved to 42-35.

Roberto Mendoza was 1 for 4 with a walk for Victory Lakes. The 21-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the top of the third. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring walk off Fernando Abrego. It was his 9th walk of the season.

Royal Oak manager Garrett Williams said: "We'll put this one in the trash can and get ready for the next game."
