Arkansas pitcher Jason Huber had a large part in his team beating the Auburn Tigers, 5-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. With the win, Arkansas upped its record to 24-18.

Tony Darius had a big 2-run home run for the Razorbacks in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Arkansas trailing 3-2 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a fastball from 20-year old right-handed pitcher Antonio Romero and punished it. The result was his 2nd home run of the season, which put the Razorbacks on top, 4-3.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Razorbacks manager Allvaro Malfeito.
