Sycamores Rally to Eke Out Win
Indiana State right fielder Randy Williams had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Tennessee Volunteers, 8-7, in 12 innings. Picking up the save was Nate Schiavone, his 4th. The 10th-place Sycamores are 22-19.

Tommy Christian was 1-5 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Indiana State. The 21-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the top of the 12th. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 7-7 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Willie Salazar. It was his 14th RBI of the season.

"It's good to win," Williams told the Indiana State Gazette. "I like to have fun doing it."
