Arkansas Rallies to 5-3 Win
Behind the hitting of Matt Crawford, the Arkansas Razorbacks stopped the Florida Gators, 5-3. Crawford went 2 for 5 with a home run. He scored 2 runs for the Razorbacks. Arkansas reliever Rich Sheward picked up the win to move to 2-0. Matt Payne suffered the loss. Bryan Brawner got credit for the save for Arkansas. It was his 4th of the year.

Manny Gonzalez dealt the Gators a blow in the top of the eighth. Batting with the bases loaded and Arkansas leading 4-3, Gonzalez hit a first pitch fastball for a run-scoring single.

"The guys seem happy with the win. That's good, I guess," said Gonzalez.

The Razorbacks are now 18-12.
