Tigers Continue Skid, Thanks to Mulholland, Golden Eagles
The South Mississippi Golden Eagles outscored the LSU Tigers, 22-20. Matt Mulholland led the way, going 3-for-4 for South Mississippi. Matt Nicholas got credit for the win, improving to 1-0. He allowed 3 runs on 3 hits in 1.1 innings. LSU has now lost 5 consecutive games.
