Cuautitlan Izcalli Gets 8-0 Win Behind Lefty Caamano
|
Cuautitlan Izcalli Atlantics starter Cesar Caamano worked his magic, to help his team defeat the San Carlos Pipers, 8-0. The last-place Pipers have dropped 6 straight games.
The standout performance belonged to 19-year-old Caamano. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the Atlantics. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Pipers, striking out 7 and scattering 1 hit over 7.1 innings. Caamano is now 6-2 on the season.
"For the most part, I felt like I did a pretty good job with executing the pitches I was throwing," said Caamano.
