Mounties Heading to ABL Championship
In a series that had a little bit of everything, the Montreal Mounties have edged the Eureka Hornets.

The two rival clubs went the distance in the tightly-contested League Pennant, with a 11-10 win in the clincher being the difference for Montreal and giving them the ticket to the ABL Championship with a 4-3 series triumph.

"We never stopped believing in ourselves. When push came to shove we were going to get it done," said Alan Willer, who was named series MVP.

For the series, Willer hit .519 with a .552 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 5 runs.

The ABL Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the League Pennant finishes.
