Dalton Powers Bruins to 26-10 Win
Ian Dalton impressed in the 26-10 UCLA win over Houston. Dalton was 4 for 4 with a home run, 3 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 6 runs. UCLA, at 8-12, occupies 17th place in the Cliff Gustafson.

The Cougars had been locked in a 10-10 tie with the Bruins going into the bottom of the sixth inning. That changed quickly when the 20-year old center fielder Ryan Lisowski came to the plate. Lisowski hit a 2-run home run on a 1-0 curveball from Houston hurler Kenny Papini. It was Lisowski's 2nd home run of the year.

"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Dalton told the UCLA Bulletin.
