Architects Lose to Thunderbirds in Walk-Off
Thunderbirds center fielder Orlando Moreira left his imprint on his team's 7-4 win over the Oak Park Architects. Moreira went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for Surrey in the contest. Surrey reliever Salvador Reyes was the winner. His record is now 2-2. Alex Pacheco took the loss. Surrey is now 26-11, while Oak Park is 24-14.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Moreira hit a fastball from Alex Pacheco for a 3-run home run. The Thunderbirds, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
