The Arizona State Sun Devils topped the Fresno State Bulldogs, 22-10, with youngster Johnny Bird playing a key role. Bird slugged 3 home runs. He scored 5 runs and drove in 7 for the Sun Devils in the win. This win makes it 5 in a row for Arizona State.
