Fuller Excels in 7-5 Auburn Win
The Auburn Tigers grabbed a win, 7-5, over the Georgia Bulldogs at Zodiac Ballpark. Auburn first baseman Brandon Fuller went 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Ethan Davis got the save, the 1st for him this season. The defeat makes Georgia 4-12.

Fuller contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Auburn in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 3-2, Fuller took a curveball from James Rizzo and stroked the home run to left. His 9th home run of the season allowed the Tigers to leap in front, 5-3.

Fuller expressed little emotion after the game. "Every game we win now," he said, "is one less win we'll need to get in the end."
