The Media Luna Marlins easily defeated the Rancho Cucamonga, 13-3, at LoanDepot Park, with right fielder Rafael Leon a main contributor to the win. He was 3 for 5 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for Media Luna. The loss puts Rancho at 9-19.

With Media Luna leading 1-0 in the bottom of the second, Leon hit a fastball from Fernando Baldovinos for a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Marlins ahead, 4-0.
