Victory Over Aggies Takes South Mississippi to 9-6
The South Mississippi Golden Eagles topped the Texas A&M Aggies, 5-2, in Rod Dedeaux League action at Ballpark of Storm Lake College. The player of the game was South Mississippi pitcher Terry Gold. South Mississippi reliever Jason Torres picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Jamie McCoy was saddled with the loss. The 4th-place Golden Eagles improved to 9-6.
