Ragin Cajuns Topple Wildcats as Thomas Shines
The Louisiana-Layfayette Ragin Cajuns defeated the Arizona Wildcats, 11-4. Earning player of the game honors was first baseman Patrick Thomas, who was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Daniel Cassis picked up the save, his 1st. Louisiana-Layfayette is now 8-6, while Arizona is 8-6.
