Fans were not deterred by the threat of rain. They came to see their hometown Estación Juanita Red Wings take on the Brighton Steelhounds.

The 4-RBI night of second baseman Jamie Kokot, who is tied for 10th in the RLA in doubles with 6, helped the Brighton Steelhounds triumph, 14-2, over the Estación Juanita Red Wings. Miguel Cisneros went 5.1 innings, allowing 1 run on 4 hits. The left-hander struck out 5 and walked 2. With the win, he ups his record to 1-0 this season.

Brighton center fielder Miguel Acosta delivered a grand slam home run in the top of the eighth. Overall, he went 3 for 4, picking up 1 home run, 1 single, and 1 double. He scored 1 run and knocked in 4.
