Crabbers Get Close Win Over Creoles
The Crabbers had to overcome a good performance from Caguas pitcher Arnold Lee to claim a 5-2 win at Creoles Ballpark. Lee went 6 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Reliever Lazaro Pesqueira picked up the win. His record improves to 2-3. Alex Otero took the loss. With the win, the Crabbers have a record of 18-24.

Santurce used the timely hitting of Franklin Espinoza to seize the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Crabbers on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Espinoza said after the game.
