Big Day by Prihoda Ignites Giants Win
The Carolina Giants and Caguas Creoles completed their game despite the rain.

Benefiting from Rick Prihoda's productive game, the Carolina Giants downed the Caguas Creoles, 12-5. Prihoda was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3 for the Giants. With the win, Carolina goes to 16-22, while the Creoles fall to 18-20.

An important at-bat for Carolina came with no one out in the bottom of the third. With runners on 1st and 2nd, Prihoda hit a 3-run home run, which contributed to the Giants win.

"I was able to barrel up some pitches," said Prihoda.
