Venegas, Crabbers Get 6-0 Win
The Santurce Crabbers picked up a win at Ballpark of Giants, knocking off the Carolina Giants, 6-0. Starting pitcher Jon Venegas, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Santurce is now 15-19, Carolina 14-20.

Venegas tossed 114 pitches over 7.1 innings to clinch the win for the Crabbers. The left-hander allowed just 2 hits, while racking up 8 strikeouts in the game.

"I felt we were ready to go," said Santurce manager Paul Huntley. "Our pregame was pretty good."
