Indians Pull Even With 4-3 Victory
Mayaguez Indians starter Michael Brooks was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Manati Athenians, 4-3. The Indians' win now puts them at 15-15.

Also pitching in was Mayaguez right fielder Mike Litherland, who hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, Litherland went 1 for 4 with a home run.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Litherland said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
