The Caguas Creoles relied on the hitting of shortstop Shane Mercer to stop the Santurce Crabbers, 10-9. For the game, Mercer went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Omar Nuno picked up the save for Caguas, his 9th of the year. Caguas now sits in second place in the Roberto Clemente Division at 16-15.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Ramsey told reporters after the game.
