Behind a solid performance from second baseman Vinny Morales, the Santurce Crabbers defeated the Caguas Creoles, 11-9. Morales went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 for the Crabbers. Santurce is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Santurce needed the clutch hitting of Enrique Zavala to notch the win. The first baseman hammered a grand slam home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Crabbers on top, 9-7. For the game, Zavala had 1 home run and 1 single in 6 at-bats.
