The Geelong Korea relied on the hitting of right fielder Chris Rearden to stop the Melborne Aces, 8-1. For the game, Rearden went 3 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. The Korea bumped their record to 12-8 with this latest triumph.

In the top of the first, Tristan Curnow ambushed a first pitch fastball from Steven Hancock and hit a solo home run. It gave Geelong a quick 1-0 lead.
