Bouton Delivers Walk-Off Win for T&A
Fans who came to Ballpark of Milan watched the San Marino T&A and the Grosetto Fiat fight to the finish.

The San Marino T&A defeated the Grosetto Fiat, 9-8, at Ballpark of Milan today. Leading the charge for San Marino was first baseman Flemming Sandstrod. He went 2-3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. Kajetan Prada picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-2. Arturo Parenzan was tagged with the loss.

Claude Bouton was the walk-off hero for San Marino. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the T&A second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place was rocking at the end," Bouton said.

San Marino is now 20-21. Grosetto is 27-14.
