The Nettuno Danesi Caffe picked up a win at Baseball City, knocking off the Rimini Telemarket, 8-0. On the mound for Nettuno was right-hander Manlio Ioli, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Danesi Caffe bumped their record to 14-14 with this latest triumph.

Ioli ran roughshod over the Rimini lineup. The right-hander allowed just 2 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 8. With the victory, he goes to 1-1 on the season.
