Telemarket Need Extra Frames to Get Past T&A
|
Rimini Telemarket starter Duilio Parrilla was in fine form against the San Marino T&A at Ballpark of Milan, leading his team to a 5-2 win. The Telemarket now have a mark of 9-6.
The game was at a stalemate until third baseman Philiberto DeNiro came to bat in the top of the tenth. Facing San Marino pitcher Kajetan Prada, he hit a 2-1 fastball for a 2-run single. It was a game-changer, putting Rimini on top, 4-2.
"Our team showed some spunk," said Parrilla.
