Telemarket Walk It Off for 5th Win of Season
The Bologna Unipol got a sterling performance from pitcher Fabien Moravia, but the Telemarket still prevailed, 6-5. Moravia was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He came in in relief and pitched to 17 batters . Reliever Saverio Bergomi picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Giomar Buonconte took the loss. Rimini now has a 3-game win streak.

The game was at a stalemate until catcher Ignacio Amore came to bat in the bottom of the tenth. Facing Bologna pitcher Giomar Buonconte, he hit a full count fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Rimini on top, 6-5.

"Winning in the last at-bat, there's nothing else like it," said Amore.
