Big Day with Bat: LeTourneau 5-for-5
5 times is the charm -- at least for Zach LeTourneau.

The New York Boulders center fielder tore up the Sussex County Miners to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Commodores Ballpark today. The offensive onslaught from LeTourneau powered the Boulders to a 8-7 win.

"LeTourneau was a tough out today," Sussex County manager Jimmy Short said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."

Zach LeTourneau singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Rick Ferguson in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th.

To date, LeTourneau has collected 40 hits for a .256 average. He has posted 9 home runs, scored 23 runs and driven in 32 runs.
