Eureka Win Evens Series at 2
The Eureka Hornets defeated the Chicago Eclipse, 6-3, in Game 4 of the Round 1. Making an impact was right fielder Mark Bradford, who went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The win moves Eureka into a 2-2 tie with Chicago in the series.

Eureka used a well-timed hit by Ray Goodwin to capture the win. The catcher socked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Hornets ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"We're happy," Bradford told reporters after the win. "When you're in the playoffs, you've got to treat every game like it could be your last."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Millennium Field in Chicago.
