Jazz Win at Home, 6-0
|
Buffalo had no answer for Montreal Jazz starter Sam Hickey, who flummoxed Bison hitters as the Jazz cruised to victory, 6-0. The Jazz have a winning streak of 4 games.
With two out in the bottom of the fifth, Tony Jimenez put Montreal in front, 2-0, with a run-scoring single. The Jazz went on to win the ballgame.
"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Montreal manager Steve Beech.
