| Park Edge Vampires, 6-5 | The College Park walked off with a big win today at Swamp Foxes Stadium.
The Santa Clara Vampires got a sterling performance from first baseman Jamie Vlasis, but the Park still prevailed, 6-5. Vlasis was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. College occupies third place in the Hank Aaron League Bob Gibson Division at 23-20.
Nelson Lucio was the walk-off hero for College. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Park second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"This place went bonkers at the end," Lucio said.
