| Tigers Win at Topeka West, 3-2 | The Tioga Central Tigers defeated the Topeka West Chargers, 3-2, in Pete Rose League action at Breakers Ballpark, with Tioga Central pitcher Josh Caldwell named player of the game. The Tigers bumped their record to 22-18 with this latest triumph.
The Tigers got a big at-bat from second baseman Adam Bailey. For the game, Bailey went 1-4 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the top of the seventh, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run double. His 11th double of the season gave Tioga Central a 3-2 lead.
"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Caldwell.
