Reddish, Patriots Get 2-0 Win

Francis Lewis turned a good effort from starter Josh Reddish into a win over the Santa Clara Vampires at River Otters Ballpark. The final score was 2-0. Alan McEachern was called on to finish, recording his 4th save. The Patriots bumped their record to 21-17 with this latest triumph.

Reddish, who leaned on his fastball, allowed no runs on just 2 hits over 7 innings for the Patriots. For the most part, Santa Clara hitters were simply overmatched.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Santa Clara manager Juan Proenza.
