| Caldwell Goes Distance in 10-1 Win | The Tioga Central Tigers got a stellar performance from pitcher Josh Caldwell, who handcuffed the Lerna offense en route to a 10-1 win at Ballpark of Ecatepec HS. Tioga Central has now won 3 straight, while the Lions have lost 3 in a row.
It was an impressive turn from the legendarily hard-working Caldwell, who tallied 8 strikeouts in 9 innings while allowing just 3 hits. Caldwell, who is tied for 6th in the PRL in strikeouts with 58, goes to 3-3 on the year with 58 strikeouts.
