| Patriots Bang Out 8-3 Win Versus Canby | The Francis Lewis Patriots defeated the Canby Lancers, 8-3, in Pete Rose League action at Ballpark of Villahermosa HS, with Francis Lewis catcher Kevin Camille named player of the game. Josh Reddish picked up the win with 7.1 innings of work. He allowed 2 earned runs on 7 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 7. On the season, he is now 3-1. Daniel Shifflett earned the save, his 2nd, for the Patriots.
With Francis Lewis leading 4-3 in the top of the ninth, Camille hit a changeup from Mike Mather for a grand slam home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Patriots ahead, 8-3.
"Feels good to get the job done," Camille said after the game.
The Patriots bumped their record to 19-13 with this latest triumph.
