Watkins goes 4-for-4, Patriots Move to 24-8

A 3-RBI performance from Gilbert Watkins, who is tied for 6th in the PRL in doubles with 11, helped the George Washington Patriots beat the Downsview Mustangs, 18-6. George Washington reliever Stephen Poste was the winner. His record is now 2-0. Lenny Dykstra Jr. took the loss. The Patriots bumped their record to 24-8 with this latest triumph.

Juan Arvizo aided the George Washington cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the second. For the game, the designated hitter was 1 for 4 with a double and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said George Washington manager Frank Robles.
