| Hornets Get One-Run Win at Norwich | The Enterprise Hornets racked up a win at Chickenhawks Stadium, bumping off the Norwich Navigators, 4-3. Corey Willis, who started for Enterprise, pitched effectively for his team. Norwich has now lost 7 consecutive games.
Had Bryan Fox not delivered a key base hit in the top of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Fox hit a 2-run single. That made the score 3-1, in favor of the Hornets.
"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Fox told reporters after the game.
