Panthers Walk It Off for 8th Win of Season

Pleasantville starter Nate McClure had a strong outing against the Riverside Poly at Stealth Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-4 win. The win was Heath Husband's in relief. His record improves to 2-2. Andy Kois took the loss for Riverside. Even with the win, the Panthers have a dismal 8-20 record.

Ryan Adelson was the walk-off hero for Pleasantville. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Panthers catcher hit a dramatic 2-run home run to send the teams home.

McClure said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
