| Swallows Bang Out 7-3 Win Versus Yokohama | The Tokyo Yakult Swallows defeated the Yokohama Bay Stars, 7-3. Earning player of the game honors was second baseman Enrique Jaime, who went 3 for 5 with a triple and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs. The 'W' lifts Tokyo Yakult's record to 23-35.
