| Bay Stars Win at Tokyo Yakult, 5-3 | Yokohama right fielder Katsuhiko Asada had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 5-3 win over the Tokyo Yakult Swallows. Yokohama is now riding a 7-game win streak.
Asada had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the sixth inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Bay Stars went on to win.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Asada said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
