| Dragons Win at Tokyo Yakult, 7-3 | The Chunichi Dragons picked up a win at Rebels Ballpark, knocking off the Tokyo Yakult Swallows, 7-3. On the mound for Chunichi was right-hander Lou Butt, who played a pivotal role in the win. Butt picked up the win for Chunichi, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 3 hits.
