Mochizuki goes 4-for-4, Dragons Move to 1-0

The Chunichi Dragons got their 2038 season off and running with a win over the Yokohama Bay Stars at Ballpark of Nakashibetsu College. The final score was 7-5. Chunichi second baseman Yuuji Mochizuki was named player of the game. Zach Hobbs picked up the win, improving his season record to 1-0. He struck out 6 in 6 innings.

Tatsuyoshi Uchino, who is rated as the 23rd best prospect by BNN, aided the Chunichi cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the third. For the game, the right fielder went 1 for 4 with a walk.
