| Islanders Lose to Mustangs, 7-4 | Mile High starter Scott Ray pitched effectively against the Hawaii Islanders at McNichols Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a 7-4 win. Justin Adler picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-1. David Lidstone was tagged with the loss. Mile High now has a 3-game win streak.
Yashpal Rob aided the Mile High cause with a bases-clearing triple in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the left fielder went 1-3 with a triple and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
"In baseball, you have your ups and downs," said Hawaii manager Leland Ray. "You just try to stay level-headed the whole time."
