Downsview turned a good effort from starter Alan Weston into a win over the Grand Island Islanders at Ballpark of Morelia HS. The final score was 3-2. Weston picked up the win for Downsview, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 2-1.
