| Patriots Pull Off Thrilling Win in Extras | The George Washington Patriots extended their winning streak at Ottawa HS Grounds.
George Washington starter Willie Mays Jr. had a strong outing against the Francis Lewis Patriots at Ottawa HS Grounds. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-3 win. George Washington, now 7-0, is setting the league on fire so far.
The Patriots got a big at-bat from right fielder Sisto Larco. For the game, Larco was 2-5 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the 11th, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 16th hit of the season gave George Washington a 4-3 lead.
