| Legends Win at Victoria, 5-1 | Saskatoon starter Pat Hamilton put a stranglehold on the Victoria offense. The right-hander had complete command of his curveball in leading the Legends to a 5-1 win. The Legends bumped their record to 28-24 with this latest triumph.
Nate Bevan, who is tied for 10th in the LBL with a .559 slugging percentage, chipped in for Saskatoon with a 3-run home run in the top of the second. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 RBI.
"Getting ahead of the hitters was the key," said Hamilton.
