Calgary withstood an impressive performance by Trois-Rivieres second baseman Jay Halpin to defeat the Saints, 6-5, at Corvettes Ballpark. Halpin went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Calgary is 24-27 and Trois-Rivieres, with the loss, 32-19.

Pat Inglis was the walk-off hero for Calgary. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Outlaws third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Inglis.
