| Hynes Sensational for Outlaws | The Kelowna Heat and Calgary Outlaws provided some drama at Brantford College Grounds.
Calgary starter Wallace Hynes had a strong outing against the Kelowna Heat at Brantford College Grounds. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 1-0 win. Keith Tufts earned save number 4.
Hynes, who dominated for Calgary, earned the victory to move to 3-3. He was in control the whole game, scattering 2 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 5. Kelowna batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
"Runs were at a premium," said Calgary manager Kiminobu Kamida.
The Outlaws' win now puts them at 23-26.
