| Legends Win at Victoria, 6-3 | The Saskatoon Legends grabbed a 6-3 win over the Victoria Capitals at Ballpark of Chilliwack College. Saskatoon third baseman Nate Bevan was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once to earn player of the game honors. Reliever Amir Parker picked up the win. His record improves to 4-0. Ed Wills took the loss. Saskatoon is now 21-21.
Dave Larsen, who is tied for 7th in the LBL in triples with 1, helped out the Saskatoon cause in the top of the eighth inning with a run-scoring triple. For the game, the left fielder was 1 for 3 with a triple. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Larsen.
