Capitals Walk Off with Win

The Victoria Capitals got a strong performance from pitcher Jim Mullins, who stymied the Trois-Rivieres offense en route to a 3-2 win at Ballpark of Chilliwack College. The Capitals sit in third place in the Lester B. Person League West Division with a record of 17-21.

Bobby Mullen was the walk-off hero for Victoria. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Capitals pinch hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Mullins.
